European Citizens Initiative: Refund of Social Security Contributions 2020

Due Pandemic most of the UE countries has limited or blocked the usual health system care to the citizens. Potential patients Non Covid Related were dismissed or had to queue for months to see a specialist. During hard lock-down months private insurances did not cover and some of them did return their quotas to the customers. In public sector we should expect similar compensation. The public pension schema has been altered and is obvious that life expectation has decreased as result of the Pandemic so the contributions needs to be recalculated.
